Our Trustees
The British Association of Black Surgeons (BABS) is looking to recruit three to four new trustees to join our Board.
Our trustees play a vital role in shaping the long-term direction of BABS, supporting our mission and ensuring that our work continues to promote equality, diversity and inclusion across surgery.
We are looking for a variety of applicants who can bring experience, judgement and commitment to our work. You do not need previous trustee experience. Knowledge gained through your career, voluntary roles, community involvement or personal experience may all be valuable.
We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds, career paths and life experiences.
