This year, BABS is once again hosting a three-part Zoom webinar to raise awareness of Black women in a range of surgical specialties and leadership positions. Over the course of three sessions, we will be speaking with 11 Black female surgeons of varying career grades.
In Part 1, we speak with three surgeons currently in training about making the most of your surgical training journey. You will also hear advice on how to bolster your CV and take advantage of the opportunities available in leadership, research, and innovation.
