The British Association of Black Surgeons is seeking to fill three new Officer roles. As a member of the team, the new officers will help to guide the strategic vision of the Association.
The positions available are as follows:
Research and Audit Officer
The Research and Audit Officer will develop partnerships with other organisations to help the Association better understand the surgical landscape for Black surgeons. They will also promote participation in research amongst members and raise awareness of research engagement opportunities.
Professional Support Officer
The Professional Support Officer will help promote the well-being of members of the Association. They will have the experience to help signpost members to support services and information.
Assistant Communications Officer
The Assistant Communications Officer will work within the communications team to promote the Association’s mission, vision and core values. They will ensure that all messaging adheres to the Association’s social media policy and GMC guidance.
