This is a bespoke leadership and career development course designed to help nurture essential skills for your surgery career and leadership journey. You will engage in interactive workshops, talks, and panel discussions. This course also features consultant-led roundtable discussions to help you navigate some of the unique experiences and challenges Black doctors may encounter in training.
The course is supported by the Healthcare Leadership Academy and Melanin Medics.
