Black Women in Surgery 2024 – Part 2

This year, BABS is once again hosting a three-part Zoom webinar to raise awareness of Black women in a range of surgical specialties and leadership positions. Over the course of three sessions, we will be speaking with 11 Black female surgeons of varying career grades.

In Part 2, we speak to four International Medical Graduates about their journey through the surgical landscape. From training to becoming a consultant with leadership responsibilities, we will hear advice and tips on how to thrive in surgery in the UK.
